Alien vs. Predator Already Fast-Tracked At Disney?

While the first Alien vs. Predator movie had some criticism about not making the most sense from the standpoint of the established lore surrounding both monster species, it did well at the box office. The sequel, Alien vs. Predator: Requiem got less favorable reactions and was the last attempt at on screen crossover between the monsters.

However, that last attempt was in 2007, and now with both franchises doing well again, another attempt at Alien vs. Predator could finally deliver the movie many fans have wanted. Especially if Alvarez and Tratchenberg collaborate. Both seem to have really enjoyed their work on the respective franchises and have sounded open to doing more.
