Max Sequel Series Ties Together A Fascinating True Crime Story

For a brief refresher, the final moments of the Season 1 finale of The Jinx saw filmmaker and documentarian Andrew Jarecki catch the slimy Durst in a delicate position. With the cards stacked against him and the evidence on the table as clear as day, Durst had nowhere to hide – so he just went to the bathroom instead. While washing his hands, the show’s subject seemed to forget that he had a live mic on, which is when he inadvertently implicated himself in the crimes and set up The Jinx: Part 2 by muttering a confession to have “killed them all.”

With that, the first season of The Jinx came to an end, and if you weren’t following Robert Durst’s case in the headlines, you may not know what happened next. That’s precisely what the team digs into during The Jinx: Part 2 as they keep up with the fallout after the credits rolled on the Season 1 finale.
